MCGlobal worked alongside BEP’s own engineering personnel to implement and configure a full CMMS solution tailored to BEP’s corporate standards and operational requirements. The collaborative, on-site approach meant that configuration decisions were made with BEP’s team, not handed down to them, resulting in a system that reflected how the business actually worked from day one.
The solution covered the full scope of BEP’s asset management needs, including asset management, preventive maintenance, work order management, labour scheduling and planning, procurement and receiving, stock control, and customisable reporting.
A significant additional element of the project was the integration of BEP’s existing aviation software with the new CMMS platform. Critical data, including GIS information and key pipeline data, was connected through an automated data transformation process, ensuring information flowed accurately between systems without manual intervention.
